We are Tasmania's oldest, still running registered Australian Miniature Goat Stud

Kidding has started for 2024. We are expecting to have more than 20 kids available for sale this season as well as some breeding does and does for retirement. Check our website for updates over the coming 4 weeks. As they are born, photos of the kids are added under the above category "2024 Kids".

Background
We are experienced, registered breeders who are dedicated to breeding quality animals at an affordable price. We commenced our breeding program in 2011 and are the longest still running registered breeder of Australian Miniatures in Tasmania. We have spent countless hours researching the genetics of these animals and carefully select our breeding pairs.

We breed pure Australian Miniatures only (none of our goats are crossed bred with Pygmy or Nigerian Dwarf). Our breeding does are currently 52 - 55cm in height when fully grown.

We typically run around 20 does and 2-3 bucks. We are particularly interested in breeding animals with good structure and good hooves. Our areas of special interest are bio-security, worm management and genetics.

Our knowledge base comes from our farming background, 14 years of experience with breeding miniature goats and amazing support from other goat breeders with decades of experience. We are committed long term and will continue to improve the Australian Miniature Goat.

We do not take our goats to shows, but welcome visits to our property from prospective buyers. We also are very happy to offer pre and post-sales support for new goat owners.
